The first meeting of the Sword of Constantine Court No.120 in two years was held at the Croydon Masonic Hall on Tuesday 12th October 2021. Unfortunately, due to other commitments several members were unable to attend, including our Master, W.Bro. Glyn Harvey, who is recovering in hospital.
The Court was opened by the Immediate Past Master, W.Bro. Terry Carpenter, who welcomed everyone. The Secretary, Bro. Phillip Reutner, read the dispensations. After the minutes and accounts had been approved, W.Bro. Glyn Harvey was declared Worshipful Master for a third year and Proclaimed by the Marshal, W.Bro. Chris Eley, ProvGMar. The Officers of the Court who were present were invested.
A proposition was given to donate the sum of £500 towards the Surrey Mark 2022 MBF festival. This was approved and the Worshipful Master had much pleasure in presenting a cheque to the Provincial Grand Master of the Mark Province of Surrey, W.Bro. Ian N Clark, PGSwdB, PProvJGW, who thanked the Brethren of the Court for their generous donation.
After the meeting the Brethren of The Sword of Constantine Court sat down to a most enjoyable meal together at the Croydon Masonic Hall.
