The Installation Meeting of the Court was held at the Masonic Hall in Herstmonceux in East Sussex on Saturday, 22nd June 2019 and was opened by the Worshipful Master W Bro Eyo Nkune. RW Bro Lionel Mee, Provincial Grand Master was then received and welcomed into the Court on the occasion of his Official Visit for the year. He was accompanied by a number of Provincial Officers whom he introduced. He also thanked all those brethren who had attended the Annual Meeting of Provincial Grand Court at Chichester on Saturday, 6th April.
Bro Michael Conn, Master-elect, was Installed as Master for the ensuing year by W Bro Eyo Nkune, assisted by W Bro Alan Hobden who both did an excellent job in a most dignified manner. W Bro Mike then appointed and invested the Officers for his Year as Master, and he was congratulated by the Provincial Grand Master who wished him a happy and successful year in the Chair.
R W Bro Lionel was pleased to present Bro Kevin Hollingsworth and Bro Anthony Padley with their Grand Court Certificates and wished them well for their future in the Masonic Order of Athelstan.
24 Members and Visitors attended the meeting and 20 later dined at The Bull’s Head at a convivial and enjoyable Festive Board.
